David is a self-starter and has been successful in his career by building trust and strong relationships. He consistently exhibits the willingness to help his clients in any way he can, is always highly responsive and readily available.

His career began as an entrepreneur starting his own company (New England Paper Supply) for 8 years which supported local business with their need for paper goods, janitorial supplies and restaurant equipment.

Being a homeowner himself, David began to develop a strong interest in the real estate industry. As a result, for the following 10 years, David shifted his focus and became a home improvement specialist selling replacement windows and doors, vinyl siding, roofs, decks and patio enclosures directly to homeowners. David then took his knowledge and experience in the home improvement industry to serve as the foundation for becoming a Realtor and, as a result, obtained his Real Estate License. As his passion grew, he also obtained his General Contractors license and became involved with new construction with builders and contractors. Altogether, this provided him with greater real estate insight as well as with the natural progression of working directly with buyers and sellers.

David's breadth of sales experience has allowed him to develop strong analytical skills which are crucial to the pricing and negotiation process. He uses these skills to educate and guide buyers and sellers on what is needed to make a home "Market Ready" to sell, to bring a home up to today's standards and the cost/benefits associated with these improvements as the relate to the purchase price. Helping others is what it's all about. He knows how important it is to be responsive and available. David is licensed in both MA & NH with primary service area of Northeast Massachusetts and Southeast New Hampshire.
