Marion Adams Cheney: A native of the Seacoast I started my real estate career in 1983 in career. In order to better serve our clients I have focused on expanding my expertise over the years and currently hold the following professional designations; Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SBR) and Relocation Specialist. I was awarded NH Realtor of The Year in 2015, a true honor to my profession. I am active with the Seacoast Board of REALTORS®, NH Realtors® and National Association of REALTORS®. I am a licensed Broker in Maine and New Hampshire and member of Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (CIBOR) and New England Commercial Property Exchange, (NECPE). Harry Cheney: My background in finance is a real asset to buyers or sellers interested in investment and commercial properties. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed when doing a 1031 Exchange or pricing properties based on the income approach. I currently serve as Treasurer for the Seacoast Board of Realtor® and was an advisor for Seacoast SCORE. Giving Back to Our Community: Volunteering is part of our core values, whether it is distributing dictionaries to third graders with Rotary, volunteering at our local chamber or spearheading a food drive for Gather (food pantry). Personal: We met through a mutual friend in college and eloped in 1972 (we wanted to use our savings to buy a home versus paying for a wedding). After Harry’s stint in the Coast Guard (during the Vietnam War) was completed we started relocating throughout the US with corporate moves. We moved back to the Seacoast in 1998 to take care of aging parents. We currently live in Dover with Roxy who is a Brittany rescue. When we are not working you are likely to find us some place in the North Country fly fishing in a remote stream.
