Lisa Newman
REALTOR®
Lisa Newman has been a real estate consultant since 2001. Lisa earned her BS in Hospitality Management from UMASS Amherst and prior to becoming a REALTOR, managed various restaurants, worked as a staffing consultant and as an underwriter in the banking industry. In 2001, she joined the real estate sales industry where she has consistently excelled in Relocation, New Home sales and Luxury Homes sales. Having grown up with her toes in the sand, assisting her clients in the purchase/sale of a Seacoast/Second Home is just second nature and she also loves to work with first time buyers on their journey to home ownership.
Providing outstanding service and expert guidance, Lisa brings her years of experience in the banking/hospitality/retail/real estate industries to play on a daily basis. She understands that the buying/selling of property is many times the result of a major life change and that her job is to make the transaction as easy and stress free as possible so her clients can focus on their lives. She keeps her focus on the transaction so you can focus on your loved ones and whatever priorities you have such as a new job, a new baby, perhaps a new spouse or the loss of a loved one.
Residing in Hampton, NH with her husband Mike of 30 years, Lisa also has strong ties to Salisbury Beach, MA, where her family just celebrated 50 years in business at the Salisbury Discount House. She was nominated as REALTOR of The Year in 2017 on the Seacoast Board of Realtors and has been recognized by NH Magazine as tops in her field. Lisa is currently a volunteer driver for Transportation Assistance for Seacoast Citizens, she was the Seacoast Board of Realtors Outreach Committee Chair for 2 years and was previously on the Board for Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army.
Lisa is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Lisa’s focus is on buyers and sellers within her primary service area of the Portsmouth to Newburyport communities.
